How to Bury the Giant on BBC Spotlight
Art and Energy’s How to Bury the Giant project featured on local BBC Spotlight on Tuesday 14th March 2023.
Emma Ruminski, BBC Arts reporter for BBC Spotlight interviewed Chloe Uden & Naomi Wright from Art and Energy, filming on location at Harford Moor, Dartmoor, with landowner John Howell.
Emma was interested to find out more about our new How to Bury the Giant project encouraging people of all ages to look closely at moss and consider the benefits it brings to Dartmoor and moorland in general. Our work planting sphagnum moss plants in felted sheep’s wool nests was also featured. Finally, the programme highlighted our plans to encourage creativity inspired by moss and our new online Bury the Giant Club.
